Title:Information Technology Specialist
Location:Caribou, Maine

Description:

AMHC has an immediate need for an additional Information Technology Specialist at the Central Administrative Office in Caribou on a full time basis (40 hours per week).  The primary responsibilities of this position are to manage the AMHC Helpdesk and complete project work as assigned.

Specific duties assigned to the Information Technology Specialist may include but are not limited to the following:

• Managing and maintaining Helpdesk System.
• Primary contact for technology related support.
• Triaging requests in accordance with the establish protocol.
• Providing timely responses to all Helpdesk cases and document disposition.
• Assisting staff in troubleshooting computer problem locally and remotely.
• Managing and maintaining inventory of AMHC assets.
• Setup, Configuring and maintaining agency equipment.
• Setup, Configuring and maintaining agency videoconferencing equipment.
• Leading specific projects, as identified by the IT Department.

Qualifications:  This position requires an Associate's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience or comparable work experience.  Knowledge and experience in healthcare technology practices is preferred.
